MarBella, Mar-Bella Collection

This was a beautiful hotel and grounds, clean, modern and beautifully kept. Its near the road but you can't hear noise plus the traffic goes under a tunnel of the hotel grounds. Thank you to the Front Office Supervisor Konstantinos for the lovely room, it was absolutely stunning and made our holiday. The rooms all looked beautifully furnished. Shout of to Jim the Pool Bar Manager who went above and beyond for us and was so helpful, friendly and such a kind-hearted young man. He definitely made our holiday round the pool fun. Everyone who work here were amazing and friendly too, can't do enough for you. The Fridge was filled with lots of drinks on AL. Shampoo, Gel and Conditioner was in the shower. Used all restaurants which were all lovely and food was top notch. The buffet was lovely too and lots to choose from every time we went in. There are a couple of local restaurants near by, which i think you get a discount to use so we were told by a few people. Drinks are plentiful and you have a app to order from round the pool so you don’t have to get up. Food at the Pool was lovely, we went to the beach bar one day which has a stunning view and food was gorgeous. Corfu town was lovely and only 20 mins on a bus for about 4 euros return each and went every 15 minutes it think from the road side and a few came up to pick up at the hotel too. When we were on way back from Corfu town, we noticed there is a bridge in front of the airport runway where the sea is and noticed people standing on it taking photos of planes landing overhead, which would have been fun if we knew it was there. So, check it out as the bus stopped nearby. On the day we left it was a late flight, just ask at reception a few days before if there is a room to use to shower and they will book you a 30 minute slot to use one. All in all, perfect holiday. We have just got back from a fantastic week at Mar-bella. We travelled as a couple and a solo friend. As soon as you step into the hotel, the scent is amazing, nice and subtle smell throughout. I ended up buying the candle and the air room spray from the on site shop and I cannot wait to use them. To start with, the rooms were immaculate, spacious and cool, nice air con. Nice coffee pods, water and everything else you need. The only downside was the TV, the Netflix was not working, and minimal English channels, but that didn't put a downer on our stay. This is not being critical on the hotel at all, but my husband likes to watch it when in the room. Restaurants were superb, we had 4 nights a la carte, but only used 3. The buffet in main restaurant was amazing, very good choice of warm and cold foods, plenty of vegetarian choice and plenty deserts. Big shout out to the 2 managers from La Terezza, I think his name is Theodenis and Dimitra, my apologies if i spelt wrong. They made multiple phonecalls and chatted with the executive chef, in order for me to have a loster (payed extra price as not in the menu) but they went above and beyond to fulfil my wish. I cannot be more thankful for this, but like they said, if you don't ask, you don't get and nothing is impossible. THANK YOU. Staff were so friendly and helpful, nobody was rude or unhelpful. We cannot thank them enough for their smiles and their service. Pools are lovely and what a lovely addition to have the pebble beach with the food and drinks service. Staff are working so hard to ensure everyone is served in a quick manner and the distance they have to cover to ensure we had a lovely time. Cannot fault this hotel at all, and they look so well after their clients. They even sent a taxi after us in corfu town, when I phoned them and not knowing what to do in a very busy town. Thank you again. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, we cannot fully recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back. Yes, there were babies crying and kids making noise, but is not the hotel's fault. It is a family hotel and if people want peace, they should go to adults only. Thank you to everyone at Mar-bella and cannot wait to return.

Never having been to a hotel more than once, this was actually our 8th visit to Marbella Corfu and as always it felt like coming home, as our experience once again was absolutely excellent. We last visited in 2021 and yet several members of staff recognised and remembered us, which goes to the ethos as to why we love the Marbella group. Their staff are what make all their hotels so wonderful and successful and their retention of staff over many years proves they are a valued asset and we hope well rewarded for their dedication! We want to say a really special thank you to Pangiota for all her kind care and attention, she went out of her way to make us feel special and organised lots of special treats to help us celebrate our wedding anniversary in style. We also would like to give outstanding credit for the 5 star service and beyond, to the two loveliest of ladies - Niki Kosma and Konstantinos Gouloumi. They ensured all our visits to the new and wonderful Kuzina Restaurant were memorable and relaxing, as they took the greatest care to ensure we had a wonderful experience every time. They really exemplify everything about excellent customer service and are a credit to their roles. They are the reason we keep returning and will most certainly do so again. Also worth mentioning are the other assets to the hotel providing outstanding service making us feel as if we are amongst family including Anathasia and Lara, who also really looked after us.

I stayed here with my daughter and granddaughter in April. We arrived on 26th April. Apparently it was the first day the hotel was opened and there was no buffet. For the first 5 days of our stay, the hotel was running without any buffet. Only a few restaurants were opened. It was a huge disappointment as we booked the all inclusive hotel especially for the buffets. I need certain food and a la carte restaurant doesn’t meet our needs. Nevertheless, The hotel staff tried their best. They were all very nice and helpful. I am really grateful for their hospitality and efforts. They made our stay worthwhile by taking extra care for us. The hotel itself is a beautiful place. Clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated. My room 822 had a beautiful view of the sea . I could just sit and enjoy the sea from my bed . I would love to go back but when it’s fully open!!

Delightful setting, man made beach with direct access to the sea, was our favourite spot. 2 other large pool areas, including the water park though. Really friendly staff, lovely rooms . Food pretty good, ability to eat at the ala carte restaurants. Primarily aimed at smaller kids, but water sports good for teens too.

Visited as family of 3 (child 8yo) for two weeks all inclusive in garden view room. Arrival was very late due to delayed flight but staff had made some food boxes for us since restaurants closed - great start. Staying in the cheapest room available but it was very large, spotlessly clean with huge comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. Couch bed was fine for child too. Complimentary mini bar with juice, beer, snacks & wine, refilled for week 2. Decent balcony, partial sea view in the end. All bars offered premium drinks, huge range of cocktails (even if not listed just ask), table & sun lounger service. Food in buffet was very good, huge choice, always something for kids. Restaurants were fantastic, exceptional food. Ate out twice as part of the deal, two places just down the hill - again very nice food but tremendous beachside views. Spent time mostly at aqua park and beach. Both excellent, hard working & friendly bar staff. Selection of slides then jumping from pier into sea to swim with a variety of fish (stairs in if needed). Free use of pedalos, kayaks & paddleboards. Inflateables allowed in sea but not pools (except for very young children). Bus to Corfu town from reception various times, €4 return. Research where terminal is for return as needs a good 10-15 minute walk. Two comments; wasps only an issue eating outside at night - not sure why no strategy for deterring them as the out of hotel venues we ate at all had something. They didn’t sting but just annoying as determined to get near food. The second was we felt that there might have been more group activities on offer for adults but no big deal really. Kids games by the pool were great for our daughter but felt an in animation team needed a designated area or desk to highlight they were there instead of walking round asking kids, often without success. Brilliant holiday, will be back!

A beautiful five star hotel. We had a Premium family room with a private garden. It was a lovely newly renovated room with a separate section with two single beds for two children. It worked well for us. Loved the garden and patio. Made a big difference for a family of 4. The grounds gardens are beautiful and wonderful facilities throughout. Busy hotel with lots of families. Magnificent views and lovely restaurants and evening bars. Lovely stay. Worth taking a trip into Corfu Old Town (can catch the green bus from hotel) and definately take a day trip to Paxos and Anti Paxos (Soulas Travel). Beautiful experience. Staff are so friendly, attentive and helpful. Thank you for a special stay.

We have just come back from Hotel Marbella in Cofu, This hotel is fantastic, the staff are wonderful, from Jim at the Poolside Bar , Theodora , Customer Realtions, and everyone else who you come into contact with , they are just amazing. Beautiful Hotel, Fabulous Food. The hotel is spotless, can’t recommend it enough. Can’t wait to go back .

It would 100% return. This holiday was bought for me as a gift and was incredible. The staff service was incredible from the minute we got there. To the house keeping staff, waiters lifeguards and spa they were fantastic. The spa was dreamy with an amazing smell we had a massage and full body scrub. Just that was worth the 10 night stay. The food was outstanding in all the a la carts and buffet restaurants. And round the pool you didn’t have to get up for anything they serve you at your subbed- same as the beach. You have a boat trip in closed - does get booked up so try emailing before you go to book as well as some water sports. Our room was lovely and clean and a very comfy bed. No complaints at all
